Well, I got the camera, but the driver wasn't on the disk. I asked the company to send me a driver, which they did, but it was for a storage device not a camera. I wrote to them again ... another three times ... and there's been no response. I've asked them to give me the go-ahead to return the camera, but still no word. Hmm. Not good."

"I was very disappointed with this company. It was only after 20 days and prompting with a chase-up email, did they see fit to inform me that the item was out of stock. At best, they did process the refund the same day through paypal, but there was no apology for the 3 weeks wasted whilst I was waiting. It would have been appreciated as a gesture of goodwill to perhaps offer a similar item (which they advertise for 30p more) instead. I pointed this out to them in a letter of complaint. I received a reply today stating 'Thank you for your suggestion'. Livid."
