We purchased an AA-CS-G5S-80A-P Cardiac Science G5 Semi Automatic AED in early 2022, and recently it was beeping. I called your customer service line and was told to reorder the electrode pads which were expired, and so I went on your website, found what I believed to be the correct replacements, and ordered them. When I received your package, the pads themselves were the same, but we did not receive the green packet with the feedback pads, which was included in our original kit. At the time of my first call to customer service, I wasn't told to order anything more than the pads, and since I'm not an expert on what the specific components of the G5 pads are, I didn’t know what the green packet was, only that I thought it was just a component of the electrode pads.
So I called customer service again today, and they said I didn’t need the feedback pads. But we want what we already had paid for in our original kit and I was told we’d have to pay to ship back the pads we received because I ordered the wrong thing and to reorder the replacement pads with the feedback pads, part number XELAED002B, Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 Intellisense CPR Feedback ICPR PADs.
I asked if we could get a prepaid shipping label to return the original order since I feel it was not my mistake to have ordered the pads alone, as I was not directed correctly by your rep as to what to order. I was told basically the mistake was mine, and you don’t send return shipping labels. I feel this is not right. The customer rep I had originally spoken to should have advised me exactly what to order, that is, part XELAED002B, not just telling me to reorder G5 replacement pads.
If you could send a prepaid label to return the incorrect part, we would greatly appreciate it.

It's been a couple of weeks and no action has been taken. If you order this product, be prepared to wait a long time for it to ship to you. I don't know how you rate a product like this until you have to, god forbid, use it in real life. We may go years without having to use the AED or it could be tomorrow. Only problem, is if we needed it tomorrow, we don't have it yet."
