"Long story short, don't ship heavy, pressurized tubes of metal in boxes made of thin cardboard that tears easily with zero support inside the box. FedEx (which is a whole thing unto itself) will destroy them.
Two struts and two shocks, which are sold as a single-SKU "kit", were shipped in their non-shipping display boxes by just slapping a label on them. Thin cardboard, no support to prevent the shocks and struts from moving around, and should have been shipped in a single box if they're a "kit".
As of 4-9-2024 I'm still waiting for the replacement of an order which was originally ordered 3-29-2024 and mostly delivered 4-1-2024 (again, FedEx did their thing, too). I'm not too hopeful since I once again received four separate tracking numbers. This is after sending photos of the boxes as I received them, asking that care be taken with a replacement, and also asking to have somebody in management call me. I have received no call and it's been radio silence since."
