Customer service refused to assist me, since they do not have an online inquiries department. This caused so much emotional stress and damage! This store had absolutely no communication and obviously had no problem with this, I had ordered $150 of goods, my order remained as processing for 10 days, so concerned I sent an urgent email, I did receive a reply, saying that the products would not be available for about 4-6 weeks - This rang more alarm bells - Why were the products listed as available on the online store?? Anyway I thought ok, all paid so just wait...Then within 5 days I receive an email telling me that my order is cancelled because I paid with Paypal - which was an option on the site - and I had used a PO Box address. I was baffled and frustrated and really glad to see my refund come through - I would never recommend this retailer and felt much more secure and happy spending my money through a reputable safe retailer who could provide a great service and product."
