The phone comes with an earphone problem that does not work.
After contacting the customer service, and spending more than two months in chating with them or they have made me lose much time to finally suggest to me to send the phone with unrealistic conditions. Please see below:

"On Oct 2nd 2015 I ordered a phone from Antelife because they have EU warehouse and I needed the product fast. After six days I had no shipping information and I send them an email asking about the status of my order. The customer service replied that I have to pay 25 Euros more in order to send my order. I refused to pay and finally after 5 emails and a PayPal claim they send the phone.
After a year the phone had unfortunately a hardware failure and fortunately it was 15 days before the warranty expiration. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact the retailer, Antelife. After one month and more than 10 emails I managed to find the return address in order to send the item back to China.
Of course nobody informed me that the item arrived to Antelife and it took more 2 months and many emails and facebook messages to trace it in the service of Antelife.
So, three months after the damage they told me that "we can not confirm whether it is artificially damage, so we charge the hardware replace fee 66.14$"!
I explained them that this is not compatible even with their own Terms of service and I'm not going to pay for the repair. Now I suppose that it will take 2 more months in order to take my phone back.
Stay away from this company. If you have any problem you will regret the time you placed order to them. They are absolutely not organized and not professional. In the past I had a similar problem with another Chinese eshop and they solved it professionaly in 20 days. Stay away from Antelife!!!"

I've ordered a UMI LONDON on their website, and i paid for a fast shipping (DHL). 2 Months later I just didnt received the phone. They always have a good excuse. One time the color is not available - "but if you agree on the black, we will ship the phone today" - or "Dear Friend, We are sorry about that. We didn't send the phone yet as the gift is not available"... Which gift, i don't care...
I've asked more than 10 times (10 different emails) to be refunded, but they have all the time ignored my request. Just few days ago, they told me that they will refund me... I'm still waiting.

I've ordered a 200USD+ phone from the european warehousse in july. The phone was written in stock and in HUGE BIG characters, it was written: Fast shipping 48-72 hrs, with tracking number.
I've ordered the phone, and i was just unable to get any tracking number from them. They were just asking me to wait... I received the phone 10 days later.
It happened that I got a defective phone. I've again written about 20 emails to require the address of the european warehouse to send back the phone. They did ignore my request for 2 weeks. Finally, they just send me an email saying that I need to send it back in China, through a regular shipping for them to do not have any tax to pay... I told them that i want to send it back to Europe to do not have to wait 2 months before to get a new one. They replied that i can send it to Germany but i'll have to pay for the repairing. This is just insane.
I finally sent back the phone to Germany saying that i wont pay for anything.

Conclusion: ANTELIFE is just the worst chinese phone online selling company I had to deal with, the are constantly lying, trying to win time hoping that customers will drop.
I just don't recommend at all this company.
And if you need to buy with them, pay by Paypal to be able to open a case.

I've finaly got the refund of the UMI London ordered 2 months earlier and never received. I first battle won.
For the UMI SUPER, they, as usual, told me some Bla bla bla bla, bla bla bla bla... we ship the phone today.
I've asked for a tracking number... and guess what??? I didn't receive any.
They are still continuing to behave as usual.
