"AptsandLofts.com's Richie Maggio showed me an apartment to my roommate and myself after we answered an ad for $1650.

Upon contacting Richie we found out that AFTER two months free, the rent would be 1650...

Then we agreed to placing a deposit and explained to Richie that we only wanted the front apt.

After being guaranteed the front apt, when meeting to give the deposit, we were told another couple had paypal and had put the deposit on BOTH apartments.

We pushed and pushed and finally got Richie to call the other broker and guarantee us the apartment.

After more than a full week of waiting we were then told by Richie that the landlord wanted MORE MONEY! Richie then asked ME to call the landlord and plead with him.

The situation quickly eroded to a back & forth between aptsandlofts, the landlords, and myself with none of us agreeing.

These "brokers" are terrible at communicating and staying true to not only their word but written agreements. Extremely unprofessional...would never do business with again. They do not value their reputation nor their relationship with their customers."
