"This company is a nightmare to deal with. I placed an order and waited a week before asking if my item would be shipped soon.

After two days and no response, I decided to cancel it. I called over the course of two days during their "business hours" but always reached a machine, to which I left my number and requested to cancel.
Three times.

Four emails (requesting a cancellation) later, I receive a notice that my package has been shipped. I'm currently contacting them through their eBay store in attempts to get SOME SORT OF RESPONSE, but my hopes are not high. I'm refusing the UPS shipment and opening a dispute through AMEX over the return.

These guys are either scammers or total idiots. Either way, don't waste your time."
