"Insufficient stock, difficulties in surfing and finding products on the website. No delivery has been made after 21 days yet. Delivery costs are larger than promised in the website. Product assortment does not include some vital spare parts of Eheim products. You can not combine aquaristik and terrarium products in your order. Surfing the webstore is slow. The website does not offer the necessary product information (not even pictures)."

"I got 1 tracking number, but when package arrived, there was just few items I ordered. There was no info about the rest of my order. I called and got information and that usually customers get all the tracking numbers automaticly. Don't know why it didn't work this time.
I thought I'd get everything delivered at the same time and then got really worried when there was no information about the situation.

"I have ordered several times from aquaristic.net and it was ok, but at the last order, however, everything went terribly wrong. The product OT2 Luminaire T5 was delivered broken.

aquaristic.net refused any assistance in order for me to replace the broken part.

Futhermore, aquaristic.net (although entitled to do so) did not file a complaint against the carrier. That delivery was insured up to 520EUR (according to EU laws and DPD's website), but only the expediter is entitled to file a claim.

The communication with the Customer service was a real disaster.

"I was very satisfied about the quick delivery. A little less about the time it took to get the order compleet. In this time a 2 or 3 day update would be a ver welcome message. But overall very happy costumer from the Netherlands. "
