I followed-up with Aramex (handling last mile for one order) and its ShopandShip subsidiary (handling the second order). "I had two shipments with Aramex in November 2020, both were from Amazon, once the shipment reached my city (Al Namas), I got a message from Aramex to collect it myself, and that happened with both shipments, I refused since it was a house delivery, I contacted the customer service, their representative "Bayan Alhalbouni" was so nice & helpful, the fact is I became calm after reading her professional reply & knew I came to the right place , later on that day, I received a call from their representative in my city, we argued a little bit, but in the end he promised to deliver it tomorrow at noon, which he did.
For my second shipment, I also had to contact the customer service, this time "Ola Wahdan" replied, she was also supportive. A few hours later, I received a call from their representative in my city, this time he was more understanding & promised to deliver it to my address tomorrow at noon (yesterday), which he did.
