"I originally went on ebay to find arcade parts because other popular online stores were backordered. I found out arcadeemulator's ebay store had its own separate online store. The prices were very reasonable, and the feedback on the ebay store was good. So here's the first review on the actual online store.
The site itself is pretty user friendly and designed pretty nice. I'm happy to see that the site has a customer service number if I needed to address any issues, although I didn't need to call. The transaction went pretty smooth. I promptly received order confirmations through email. My order took 3 days to process and ship. It was shipped US postal priority mail which took another 2 days to get to me. (Oklahoma to Michigan)
OK, now its time to point out some things I hope the site can improve on. Although my order only consisted of a joystick and a bunch of push buttons, I wish they could offer other brands because I'm sure customers would appreciate more of a selection to choose from. Luckily they had the exact brand (Happ) I wanted, There seems to be a rush of DIY arcade stick builders out there lately. Also their packaging needs improvement. All my stuff was stuffed inside a USPS priority bag without any bubble wrap, and taped up like a burrito. One would think about putting more thought into packaging a bunch of small plastic arcade parts. It wouldve been sad to see any of the components broken. Fortunately nothing broke. Hopefully they improve on what those things I addressed. Other than that, my buying experience was pretty satisfactory.
