"Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. purchased a couple of DTF transfer decals that were $1.43 each. One of them was unusable. They refused to send me a new different decal that was usable.
Poor customer service over a $1.43 Caution before you buy..they will not provide you a exchange or refund for any products they send you that are defective.

"They sent me the wrong fabric shirt which costs about half the price of the shirts I actually paid for. Filled out online contact forms on their website twice with no response. I called several days later on a Saturday and they said someone would call me Monday to fix the order. A week later and still no follow-up from the company. This is either a case of horrible customer service or they are intentionally using bait and switch sales tactics."
"My husband got me an Apple Watch band for Christmas. When it came in, the work was sloppy and poor quality. The words on the band were too zoomed in, so the words were hanging off the edges of the band. In addition, there were light blue marks on the white band where the holes were supposed to be poked, and the holes were all poked beneath the blue dot. This resulted in light blue markings all over the watch that weren’t supposed to be there. When I reached out and asked for a refund, they asked me to send the watch back, which I had no problem doing. I asked them if they were going to refund my shipping that I was paying to ship the watch back, because I didn’t think it was right to be out any money for a product that was clearly extremely sloppy. There was no effort put into it at all. After asking four different times, they finally responded that they would reimburse shipping costs. I had a weird feeling that they were going to try to stiff me on the return shipping because it took me so long to get a straight answer out of them. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The cheapest shipping method was around $12. I shipped the watch band back and emailed them a copy of the receipt showing the shipping costs and the address to prove it was the receipt for the shipping to them. I received an email that said my order had been refunded. I checked the refund amount, and sure enough, they hadn’t refunded the return shipping costs as promised. I emailed them and requested the remainder of the refund and they played dumb and retracted their previous promise to reimburse me the return shipping costs, and now they won’t reply to my emails. These people are extremely sketchy, the products are like the awful fake China products where you think you’re getting something good and it’s cheap and sloppy. I paid $12 out of pocket for a product I sent back to them, for a problem that was their fault. I will NEVER buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!!"
"Flimsy cheap material nothing like the picture looks like it was washed and worn and purchased from the Goodwill. Funny also you cannot leave a negative review on their website. Every review on their website was done by them I'm sure. Save your money you'd be better off throwing it down the toilet"
