"Ordered a print, took very long to ship, received two weeks past the expected date. Looked nothing like the website. Very poor quality, pixilated, $10 print that cost 20 times that. Customer service did not care or help at all!"

"Very bad customers service, very slow deliver, poo quality paintings! The paintings on artoyster.com are not painted by American painters, but resell Chinese cheapie in expensive prices. Expedited shipping took 7 days to get to USPS (and only after I emailed to get status, of course got no reply). It will arrive a day after the contractor leaves the state. Called artoyster.com to ask why such poor service, phone hours supposedly 8-5 EDT and no answer at 5:02 PM and none the next morning at 8:19 (canned announcement to call back during published hours)."
