When I ran to problem in the airport, I called them to help me reschedule my flight as soon as possible, they gave me the run around until I bought another flight ticket to go where I was going. Until now I came back from my trip, I haven't received any phone call or email or text messages from them. I even sent an email to the agent who sold me the flight, no respond. Very disrespectful and disgusting. They have no respect to the customers. I do not recommend anyone to buy a flight ticket from them."
