"I have nothing to say at this point regarding the quality of the products, but that is only because my items still have not arrived. The delivery date has been pushed back twice, and ASOS customer service has made no real attempts to resolve the issue. When exchanging multiple emails with two customer service representatives, Daisie and Michael, I was told (in more words) that they did not have any control over shipping and I would just have to wait. This statement is at least partially true, I understand that once the item is shipped they do not have control over its arrival date, but a proactive attempt on the front end to make sure it arrived as promised would have been appreciated, or an attempt to make things right prior to the sixth email from me would have been appreciated as well. Waiting for my package to arrive (at this point, at least 5 days, three business days, late) so I can pack it up to send it back for a refund. Thankful, at least, for their free return shipping!"
"I recently purchased a prom dress for my daughter. We ordered 3 dresses and paid for the expedited shipping. The package arrived EARLIER than promised and each dress was beautiful. After selecting one, I returned the other two, FREE shipping! I was quickly credited the return amount to my Pay Pal account. Not sure what happened to those who reviewed negatively. I had a beyond expectations experience with this company."
"This site sucks. They ask for personal private info to create an account and then still cancelled an order of mine, demanding that I give them copies of private documents. They have absolutely no customer service and their deals suck anyway.

"I ordered a pair of $100 metallic adidas and they sent the incorrect size. After contacting them, they resend the SAME incorrect size again. Now they are telling me that I need to reorder the shoe and repay for the shoe and shipping even though they have already sent me the incorrect size twice. My wife is a frequent ASOS customer and this has "left a bad taste in her mouth" (the shoes were for her birthday). I won't be ordering from ASOS anymore. The company does not provide a phone number and their email customer service is inadequate. I am over this company."

leider haben wir bei Ihnen am 21.12.2014 vier Hosen bestellt und über PayPal bezahlt. Geliefert haben sie allerdings nur 3 Hosen, abgebucht sind natürlich 4, 108,56€.
Auf unsere Mail, in der wir Ihnen das Fehlen schon mitgeteilt haben, reagierten sie gar nicht.
Ich hoffe doch sehr stark, dass dies nicht die Asos Verkaufsstrategie ist.
Beim Öffnen des Pakets waren zufällig drei Bekannte dabei, die das Fehlen des Artikels im Wert von 27,14€, bezeugen können.
Es kann doch nicht sein, dass wir für Ihre Fehlleistung zahlen und unsere Zeit mit etlichen Schreiben an Sie vergeuden müssen.
Ich möchte Sie bitten, mir umgehend den fehlenden Betrag zurück zu überweisen.

"Part of my order went missing, so I had to ring up. It's hard to find their phone number; I actually had to look elsewhere on the internet.
They said they'd refund me but they didn't. If I hadn't checked they would have effectively taken > £100 from me. I chased them again and this time hopefully my refund will be processed.
Also their return system doesn't allow you to book multiple collections under one manifest, so if you have to return three parcels, you have to repeat the returns process three times over. This combined with expiring session bugs, and 0KB corrupted pdf labels made returns process itself very poor also."
"I am so addicted to this website. Their clothes are amazing. The quality is usually fantastic. I am a loyal ASOS customer!
One thing I do have to say, and it's not about their products, it's more the actual website. A lot of times I find reoccurring technical problems with the site. It bugs me because I want to browse, but then I can't! Sometimes it goes on for days.
Other than that, ASOS is seriously one of my favorite sites to shop at. "

We have returned back a few items, no refund yet. The shipment company website shows that the items have been delivered, but Asos do not refund us. I have sent many emails to them (This is the only way you can contact them), the only reply I got was wait some more days because the processing of your returned items takes time. I am sure they even do not read our emails. They do not refund us and nobody is responsible.

"I am extremely upset with the way my order has been handled, AGAIN. The first time I ordered from Asos, my was processed and then the next day all of a sudden it got cancelled. They needed more information from me to verify my purchase, but made me re-order. I had to wait until I got my money back to do that. When I re-ordered it worked. I paid 12 dollars extra for express shipping. I did this because I am traveling and I need the clothes for my trip.I placed my order on December 3rd. This was my second time attempting to make the order. I had to re-place my order on December 3rd, and paid for the "express shipping". My order was not sent out until December 5th. No one did anything about it for 2 entire days. How is that express?
Now, my order will arrive at the US destination it is supposed to get to, on December 9th. That means it will never reach the final destination in time for my trip. So my entire order is now pointless.
This is the FOURTH TIME that something goes wrong when I order from Asos. They are also impossible to get a hold of, no email address or phone number that can be easily found on their website. I still have not found a phone number, and it took me an hour to find an email address. This is ridiculous. I hate the headache they have given me from something that is supposed to be enjoyable, shopping.

"Right, your website is that crap from a customer services perspective, trying to complain, I am having to write on your wall! I have over the last week, placed 3 separate orders. All 3 orders I have had issues with. The first was a dress I ordered, used a discount code, went through the PayPal checkout, my order was confirmed etc.... To then 24 hours later, received a PayPal notification, that my payment had been refunded!? Nothing, not even an email from yourselves to explain why. I found this to be quite rude! Again, my order was processed, and I received notification that my order had been received. I have just AGAIN been sent a refund email through PayPal, advising that I have been refunded. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PLAYING AT??? Do you not think an em,ail from yourselves would be more appropriate? And this is just issue number 2. I've now scrapped any idea of getting a dress from you, as you don't seem to know what you have in stock or NOT as the case may be..... I selected a few items for my partner, went through the checkout. All seemed fine, except I received an error message whilst paying for my items through PayPal. It would seem that you haven't recieved my order through your crappy website, yet have managed to remove DOUBLE!!! payment from my PayPal account (totalling £80) - WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!??
