WORST STORE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM!! HATEFUL MANAGEMENT TOWARD CUSTOMERS!!!

"I have repeatedly had problems with the WOBURN MASSACHUSETTS store manager who has always given me a hard time each and every time I need to do a return. But this last time went WAY out of control and overboard. He literally threw me out of the store and threatened to call the police if I ever returned and told his employees to do the same. When I complained about this most hostile, unjustified and reprehensible conduct by that rotten manager toward me, the upper management took over a week to respond to my complaint and then quickly transferred the case to an "INTERNAL MATTER" in order to deliberately HIDE the offenses committed against me by this store manager. Ultimately the upper management provided me with absolutely NO SATISFACTION, kept this manager in their employ, to my shock and surprise, and never made any effort whatsoever to correct the problem in any way, shape or form that was ever conveyed to me. It clearly explains why AutoZone has among the WORST RATINGS on the internet. I will NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING IN ANY AUTOZONE STORE EVER AGAIN, EVER! And I would recommend to anyone else reading this review to do the same. They deserve to be put out of business for the way they mistreat and ABUSE CUSTOMERS. I noted through my research, that many other customers have had similar BAD EXPERIENCES at many AutoZone Stores which explains why they quickly hide these complaints under the rug and call them "Internal" matters. What a JOKE!

Tip for consumers:
NEVER, EVER SUPPORT OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANY AUTOZONE ANYWHERE THEY MAY EXIST. This store needs to be put OUT OF BUSINESS for their outright contempt and disrespect for their paying customers.

Products used:
I did not need the products I purchased, which is why I tried to return them with my receipt in hand and the store manager not only refused to accept my return, only one day after I purchased them, but viscously threw me out of the store and threatened never to allow me back in or he would call the police. All this for a simple product return request. This is a very sick Store Manager, indeed!!!

did many complaints many emails still nothing

This is what makes the company look like crap because with no customer service I will never shop from them agian!

NO STOCK!!

"Don't bother buying from autozone. They obviously have no idea what they have in stock. They allow you to place an order for multiple products that are out of stock. Then days later send a cancellation email. GREAT SERVICE!!! NOT!!! For a company who sells auto, you might want to stock up. Took my business to their competitor, should have gone to them from the beginning. Won't be making that same mistake again."
