San Angelo stretch watch

"well, since YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE dept., I doubt very much I will get a response from 'Back in the Saddle' catalog. I ordered the San Angelo stretch watch last year and wore it twice, because it was so uncomfortable. It would pinch my wrist. Now, it is minus one turquoise stone and I cannot wear it at all. I am asking for a refuind of the watch of $34.95.

Takes forever and products ordered cancelled

"I placed my order 12/4 took them 2 weeks to process my order. They they cancelled an item that was on back order, but if you go to their site it still let's you order it. My Christmas presents will now be arriving 12/28, because the items they did have did not ship out until 12/17 a Friday! I don't have the money to go buy more gifts, so I guess people will get photos of what was ordered for them. This ****. "

The WORST - BEWARE!!

"I tried to get a refund for an order that Fed-ex did not deliver and reorder the items. DO NOT ORDER from this company their customer service is outsourced from the Phillipines and it is hard to get the point across and even the "Managers" do not understand. They were trying to double-charge for the new items and the "Manager" argued that they were not even though they wanted to charge for the entire order and then an additional charge for the backordered items. Both the Customer Service Rep and the "Manager" started asking how much money I had in the account. I would not disclose and finally cancelled the order because they wanted to know how much money that I had in the account and would not process the order until I told them. I called my bank and the charges they attempted were of varying amounts and were blocked as fraud (Thank goodness) because their were so many attempts. The number I called was ***-***-**** which is the number listed on the Back in the Saddle website as their customer service number. BEWARE!!! I also found out that they did not process the refund (from my bank) even though they verified that they did. BEWARE!!!! You will end up with double + charges and no product and good luck with any kind of customer service. "

"ordered items sept 2nd and I still have not received them, there shipment with FedEx is the cheapest way and my order is in Transit for 2 weeks!! I have called customer service and I get rendered to the Phillipines over and over!! "

I wish I didn't have to pick a star because they don't deserve anything!!!!

"I ordered a belt and jacket. Found out jacket wouldn't come until four months later. Luckily I didn't have trouble cancelling my order, however they put me on a VIP program and have been charging my card for months!!! I am going to file criminal charges and report this to the highest level I can!!!!"

"I see that they have poor ratings, yet my experience was great. My husband bought me a blouse for Christmas. It was too small (not their fault). They cheerfully and quickly exchanged. The quality of the blouse was 5-star. It was not expensive for what I got. I love it and will shop there again. "

Overpriced, poor / low quality items

"The first order I placed came in later than I was originally told. I paid for EXPEDITED DELIVERY on the second order so that I could have my items in plenty of time for the Holidays. Received this order even later than the FIRST!
I wore a belt I ordered for 2 hours. The edge of the elastic frayed, overstretched and the back of the belt started to peel.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas that never came in until January. In January my card was charged $16.00, I just passed it off as if it were a charge for the gift I had ordered. Then I Noticed in March statement another $16.00 charged, so I went back to my February and on the 5th of every month they were charging me $16.00. I finally found a number to call them. I told them I didn't join or authorize any vip club. He say the VIP charge was $14.95 and them transferred me to another lady that said it's only $14.95. My card is charged $16.00. So I threatened to call make bank and file a complaint for fraudulent charges on my card. It was then decided that the $16.00 was $14.95 VIP CLUB plus $1.05 Sales Tax making it $16.00. No one there can even tell me what the VIP Club is or does. They are suppose to be refunding my card on 4/4/2019, not today, and I should see the credit back on my card in 7-10 days. rediculous! Will not buy anything from this company again."

Strange, rip off business practices

"Bought a couple of things over a year. Last purchase, they signed us up for a VIP program. We did not agree to that. We did not initiate it. NO where on their website is it stated that such a program costs $14.95 a month. They just started charging our credit card that much. The good news is that the customer service lady was very pleasant, and agreed that they would reimburse me 4 months of unwanted charges; yes it took me that long to figure it out. We shall see. Their verification email stated that they had terminated the program, but not that they were reimbursing our card. We are watching. THEN will attempt to make them take our cc out of their database. Oh, and never will order another thing from them or the 13 other affiliated companies."
