"Beware if you are using this company. I bought a I phone battery on 27th April 2020. Did not receive an order number or means of tracking but did receive confirmation from Paypal that money had been paid. As of 17th May have received no battery or contact with the company. Repeated attempts to contact the company using their contact form has been unsuccessful as form repeatedly refuses to accept my contact details. I feel I have been scammed. Even if the battery eventually does turn up I am not sure I will trust its quality given other reviews posted; which I should have read before purchasing. Very disappointed."

"A battery I ordered was damaged on transit from China to UK. Despite of a repeated request and photographs of damaged item being sent through e-mail, they refused to replace it. I am so surprised and saddened with such a bad customer service and aftercare. "

"My original order was for a laptop power supply cord from this business on 1/1/12. It is now 3/25/12. They sent a power cord with an adapter that did not fit my computer. I told them the adapter on the power cord did not fit, and they sent another one. I then realized I ordered the wrong model after they sent me another power cord, as I have two computers. However, neither power supply adapter fit on the model it was suppose to fit on. They asked me to keep both power cords and send them to the customer that ordered them rather than returning the product back to them and giving me a refund. (which I think is odd and not my responsibility, but I would have sent them had they given me an address to forward the power supply cords.) As of yet I have not received a refund nor have they sent addresses of the customers who supposedly were suppose to receive them. I would not order from this company ever again.

"These guys are crooks. I ordered an adapter from them that was advertised in the text and pictured as an original Dell adapter. Instead they sent some cheap imitation. When I complained they insisted it was just as good and refused to send me the original Dell adapter. Today I almost died from a short in the cheap wire that was used in this adapater.
DO NOT order from these guys. You will not get what they promised. You will get cheap, inferior goods that will fail in months."

"I found this companys (gold sea business ltd) UK online store & it Stated UK based stock, delivery fee £12 delivered within 3-5 working days ! Pants ! ordered 17th Feb 2010, Received 2nd of March 2010, from Shenzen company Deng mci city China. These people may well be the manufacturers of this product so whats the problem you may ask ? 1st you don`t get a receipt other than paypal payment confirmation, 2nd it took 13 days (not 5), 3rd I could of bought same battery for half the price had i have chosen to buy from a chinese source rather than a uk based source, allegedly ! But alas I do have the battery I just hope it lasts a while.
