I bought two video batteries from Batterybay.net website and I like to say the service was excellent. The batteries are brand new and the cost are quite cheap including the airpost. It only took nine days to send to me by "Registered Airmail" from Hong Kong to New Zealand. I was very happy to receive my batteries in good condition in just few days. I am definitely recommend this website to anyone who likes to shopping online. And lots of stocks to choose from. I love to say this: My big "THANK YOU" to all staff of the Batterybay.net for your wonderful service and excellent stocks. Batterybay.net is a wonderful Online business. If so the just took 28 dollars from me and I intend on getting it back!!"

"Excellent service! After I had bought a battery for my Samsung Galaxy II from batterybay, it got dropped several times (small kids!) with the result that the battery cover wouldn't stay on. So, completely my fault. I told batterybay and said I would be happy to pay for a new cover. They just sent one free, and now it works perfectly. Very nice to have better service than I deserve, when many companies give us worse service than we deserve!"

"I'm at the point I've filed a fraud case against this company via my PayPal account. Nothing they have written is accurate from shipping times to payment received. They change their story every time documented receipts or shipping notices are shown as evidence to refute their claims. I could not be anymore dissatisfied."

Furthermore, this company states that 2 emails will be sent to the buyer-the first being the date of shipment with tracking info. That was never done. I have yet to receive tracking info. Merchant specifically states that tracking info will be provided. NOT!
Poor communication-has incorrect phone number on file with paypal which is a violation with paypal. Very dissatisfied-filed a dispute with paypal."
