Terugsturen kan alleen naar een Chinees adres met de factuur, die je nooit hebt gekregen, met een ondertekend formulier waarin je verklaart dat je akkoord gaat met de retourkosten voor jouw rekening en met een verplichte Track & Tracecode: dat kost €29,30. De aankoopprijs was 39,95, dus dat ga ik niet doen. Talloze mails over en weer gingen daaraan vooraf. Je krijgt alleen maar een standaardmail terug, waarin niet wordt ingegaan op je vragen.

"Placed an order for $200+ of products with this company. The order went through and about a week later I realized I had not received the products. Searched for the confirmation of payment and emailed them asking when they expect to ship out my order. A day later I receive a reply that they have my order on hold pending my approval to pay an extra $25 of shipping cost and that I didn’t respond to their email. Fine. I replied back that I had thoroughly searched my inbox and have received nothing from their company, so please update email address, and to go ahead and charge me the extra $25 in shipping cost because I am anxious to receive my package and needed it right away. Another 24+ hours later - I receive an email asking how I would like to be charged for the additional shipping costs - PayPal (which is how I paid for this originally) or credit card (with no instructions, links or phone numbers to call to accomplish this). I reply - just send me a PayPal invoice because I’m anxious to receive products as soon as possible. Another nearly 24 hours later - I receive a reply that they have to check with Accounting to determine if they are able to do that - with no further info or options. I reply again emphasizing the need to receive products right away so could they just do what is necessary as soon as possible to expedite this situation and not delay in responding to me. I also expressed my disappointment in their level of customer service. The next day I receive an email that says they have cancelled my order due to my non-response to their non-existent emails, so they were not sure how they were going to send me a PayPal. I replied that if they could please just figure out how to get this done on their system and bill me so I can get my products or let me know if I needed to create a new order. Another day later - two emails. First one said they now have checked with their Shipping Department and the new shipping cost will be $119 and the other email is the PayPal invoice for the additional fees. So ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Seems like False Advertising, Breach of Contract, Fraud or Extortion to me. What do you think? Mind you ... I live in the United States (Hawaii) ... same country as this company claims to be a part of. $25 seemed reasonable for possible additional shipping charges (though they probably should have honored their sales contract of free shipping if you purchase more than X amount and the contract did go through at the time of placing my order with the shipping address to Hawaii). But $119??? With so much hassle??? What a waste of my time and energy. Horrible company. Do not buy from here. They will hold your products for ransom. "

When I gave you a physical address, my name should have been included, because the physical delivery place is a convenience store near my home.
