"LADIES, BE FOREWARNED THEIR CLOTHING (TOPS & DRESSES) RUN ONE to TWO SIZES TOO B-I-G!!! So, if you’re a Petite Large, as I am, you’ll need to order either the Petite Medium or Petite Small instead!! I know my true size, and if I’m shopping at MACY’S, I’d be trying on a Petite Large in let’s say, Jones NY or Liz Clairborne and it would fit perfectly!!! But with Bedford Fair it’s as though you’ve entered into the looking glass from Alice in Wonderland!!! The SIZING is NOT TRUE and WAY OFF!!! I knew right away as I was taking the tops out of the bags that I’d be swimming in these tops!!! The Petite Large is more like a Petite XL or even a PLUS size like 1x!!! Certainly NOT a Petite Large!!! I called & spoke to the young lady & her supervisor a few minutes ago to see if there was a way for me to at least exchange these way TOO BIG tops & dresses for a smaller size but unfortunately they both kept offering their apologies and regretfully wouldn’t budge from their ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY!!! So, unless you want to go out wearing a tent, order a size or two smaller!! Or better yet, DON’T ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL!!! You’d be much better off sticking with an online clothing store who does and will allow you to return or exchange the item, even if it does cost you a bit more!! Even though I may’ve saved some money in the beginning by ordering from BEDFORD FAIR, unfortunately I’m now out the money I initially saved because these tops and dresses are unwearable!!! On the other hand my charity to whom I will be donating these way TOO BIG tops & dresses will be VERY HAPPY!!! "
"I ordered a cashmere blue dress with a a short jacket, not at all what I expected. The garment is of very poor quality, no lining in the dress so a full slip would be needed, I am so disappointed I feel as if I just threw my money away. Not able to return it since I ordered after March 10, 2019. I will never order from this site again. "

Its not on backorder and there was no problem with the payment method, they just are in no hurry to ship. When you call and ask the sales rep has no idea when the item will ship, how it will ship or how long it will take to get to you. "The color I wanted was out of stock and the Philippines woman gave me a discount on another color. She also tried to sell me a guarantee replacement if it didn't arrive! I declined. She also tried to sell a "loyalty program" at 14.95/month after the first month. I can only imagine how hard it is to cancel that. I declined.
Less than 24 hours later, I called to cancel the order. The ordering experience was too unpleasant and black anything is too hot in this weather. I don't want the merchandise at any price. It has not been shipped yet, but two people in the Philippines said that the shipment could not be cancelled!
I've never dealt with a company that could not cancel an order in less than 24 hours, and I will never deal with Bedford Fair again.

"I ordered 2 shirts. The total was a little over $38.00 with shipping. The shirts were sized wrong and the material was cheap and scratchy. I returned them and told them that they were not the size ordered and were substandard. I have dealt with many companies who don't stick it to you to return sub-standard products and in fact don't charge return shipping on bad merchandise. If I make the mistake and order the wrong thing and return it then I have no problems paying for it. This was NOT the case. The result was that I was taken for over $20.00 on a $38.00 order for their shipping and left with nothing to show for it! I will never do business with Bedford Fair again and caution others."
"I ordered an aqua dress from Bedford Fair. The dress is beautiful and fits me, however, it
looked like was all wrinkled up and thrown in the bag.
I was surprised that at least it could have been wrapped up in plastic.
I have ordered from them before and never had that experience.

"Very poor customer service! I will NEVER do business with this company again. First, when I went on the site it said all orders receive free shipping when placed by 12/18, guess what, they falsely advertised... Not only was the shipping not free but it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Well, I never got an e-mail conformation for my order so I had to keep checking their site. Finally 5 days later I called customer service regarding my order and they told me it still hadn't shipped and probably wouldn't get there for Christmas unless I paid an additional $15 for expedited shipping (I already paid $22 in shipping when I placed the order). They were not willing to help me at all. I will NEVER do business with them again. I can only hope the garments I bought for my mom from here are of a better quality than there customer service. I'll update when we finally receive them. "
"Bedford Fair is a terrible company. My mother ordered a beautiful skirt suit for my wedding day through them & was very excited about it.. unfortunately the skirt and jacket fit her but the lace under shirt (that made the outfit) was 5 sizes too small. Per Bedford Fair her only option was to send back the entire outfit-wait for her refund then reorder it again. So she did as she was told expecting a better outcome as promised by costumer service. When the second suit came in the mail she had the same problem but now 1 week out from my wedding day. We have spoken to the very confused customer service employees & managers located in the Philippians numerous times and all they can do is put in a request for someone in PA to call us in 24 hours. The Bedford Fair manager called my mother and I both back without resolving our problem or offering any attempt of making it right for their customer. She even ended the call by just hanging up on two different occasions. "
