It had alot of anime that I wanted and can't find for a cheap price so thought I would give them a try,well dont do it.You can't contact them with an email and they dont't have a phone number.I wrote them 2 letters now and still haven't heard a word from this company.I am not happy at all there even found out their copy write is not up to date!!!!"

I emailed and called the number that came up on my statement but after a confirmation email of my order, I didn't hear anything back for a month. "Don't be fooled by their cheap prices...Company will rip U off! They did not ship my order & they did nt email or respond to my emails. The address listed is for UPS in L.A.,CA. but their domain is located in United Kingdom. My bank statement shows a different email for them "animezanime" which doesn't exist! They don't even list a contact # on their site but my bill shows ***-***-****. I've had to cancel my credit card at xmas time bcz of these scammers! :("

"I ordered one dvd and inquired of it after nearly a month.They said they lost track of my order and would send it immediately with a tracking number.After another month I emailed them again and they admitted they didn't have the dvd although their website still lists "in stock".They asked if I wanted to cancel for store credit. I said yes,but I would prefer a refund.I have not heard back from them after two weeks.These are pirates in the truest sense.DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!It will be gone."
