"I originally placed this service call about 12:30 pm after discovering that my hot water heater was pushing out a lot of water through the pressure relief valve, actually overflowing a 5-gallon bucket I had in placed on its drain line. I explained the situation in detail to the phone representative and indicated that I had shut the tank burner off pending arrival of a repair tech. A technician called about 6:oopm, informing me of expected arrival at 6:30. He did, in fact, arrive at that time, but after hearing my explanation of the problem, looked puzzled and informed me that he had come to repair the central A/C. I thought he was kidding, but he showed me his dispatch order indicating that the problem was Central A/C - No Cooling. So, after waiting hours for someone to look at my water heater, an A/C repairman was sent. Unbelievable! Based on a follow-up call, the proper service personnel finally got here about 9:15 the next morning. How can an error this significant happen?"
