We had one tech who was way too friendly, stayed at our house talking for almost an hour (no joke) after the service was completed. We did not want to be rude and ask him to leave, nice person, but we had other things to do."
"after I called the call center and was given a repair date for 2 days later, I went on line and got a repair date for the next day. Because we were leaving for vacation and had water leaking all over the basement I had to call in another company that we had used in the past. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY! At that point a supervisor called and sent someone out. But by the time he got there the problem was FIXED! WHy do I even need BGE? What good are they? My daughter is having the same issue with your company. She got a date of 4 days laater for her service. When she went on line she got it for 4 days later. So it makes me concerned about your company. I am not sure I will renew this contract, although your company installed my furnace. Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the call center could not do it. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I doubt I will hear from anyone about this."
"The second agent, I believe her name was Shontay(sic) was very helpful and took the extra step to check with her supervisor to resolve my issue. She was polite and very gracious and made my experience with BGE a good one. The serviceman who responded was excellent too. I am very satisfied with everything."
