"BGE Home installed this AC unit in 2011. If you check your records you will see repairs being made at least 6 times in both interior and exterior parts of the AC. I had expected better service than this. To be clear....the lady I spoke with was very polite and professional."

"Online scheduling on the BGE Home website is highly misleading, as it doesn’t actually do anything to schedule. The final step of website shows an appointment as scheduled. Customer has no way of knowing this is not true. I wasted 1 week with an urgent repair because of this miscommunication, with serious inconvenience to my family. One Customer Representative at call center blatantly lied by telling me I will receive a callback which never happened. Everyone else at BGE Home I interacted with had been very professional, and I appreciate that very much."
