"The call rep was fine, the problem was fixed, and technically all went well. As for consumer interaction, the service man failed miserably. His reaction to the fact that I do not have a husband to check on things was entirely inappropriate and sexist. This type of behavior needs to STOP. In this day and age there is no reason that a single woman should be told she must be difficult or there is something wrong with her because she is unmarried. I was stunned and flabbergasted. Sadly, he had NO idea that what he was saying was even offensive."
