Although your telephone answering is fine, you, as usual, don't fix the problem on the first response. I don't fault any of your employees, but I do think there must be a better way to deal with the typical issues involved in appliance maintenance."

Your rep. was very nice but could not answer my question and another day without was undoable. I had the switch bypassed so I could shower before my exam."
