"This is my second time I’ve had to wait on BGE Home to repair my appliance. They are never equipped with the parts needed. I’ve been without my range for 2 weeks and because he didn’t have the part (I told the phone rep what the problem was In detailed) now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for the parts to come in. I’ve been a customer since 1997 and I expect better. I have to take off work to wait on him to arrive between 0730-1200 for him to go to his truck and come back to tell me he doesn’t have the parts. The same thing happened when they repaired my dryer. So once the part comes in then I have to schedule another day and time for him to put the part in and take off again for that!!! I also tried to schedule this online but it wouldn’t let me schedule day and time. I thought online would be easier because I was on hold with BGE Home for awhile, but your online service was horrible also."

"Though everyone i talked to was nice and pleasant, I spoke to four representatives before getting a resolution, which was just getting current on my existing contract and scheduling a service appointment. Each rep would put me on hold, then a new representative would come on the line. Took a ridiculous 40 minutes (most of it being on hold) and four representatives to get the resolution i needed. Everyone was nice and tried to be helpful i guess, but it took an unneccessary amount of time."
