"The phone tech was wonderful; however, I am extremely disappointed in how long it takes to get an appointment (about 2 weeks to fix a kitchen faucet that is leaking). My issues is not an emergency; however, it is an issue that needs attention sooner rather than later. I might be canceling my Entire House plan because of this."
