"Had Heat pump installed in March before virus never got a call back or anything about install thank you do you need any thing. Call BGE Home to ask why. They said they are behind on call backs sorry. I was then given an extra year on my warranty for six years not five. So now I ask where is that paper work to prove I was given that extra year."
