"Have always had a great experience with this seller for the past 5 years, very good service and a great selection of out-of-print books. Starting around the second week of May '21, the notification of purchase system (they e-mail you to let you know they've recevied your order, with an ETA) has gone wonky. In the past 6 orders, only 2 have sent notifications, and one was cancelled without notification-but still billed. I hope they get this matter straightened out soon, otherwise it is adios from this long-time customer. I have contacted Customer Service twice in regard to this issue, but received only a perfunctionary reply, and then no reply. 2 months ago before this issue, the seller would have gotten 5 stars and a glowing review."
