"Surprise eBay allow Bid Allies doing fraud business "

"They sent me a stolen, locked Verizon phone. Which was advertised as a Unlocked phone. When I sent a message about it. They attempted to walk me through how to get around the IMEI and Unlock the device. I refused and asked to have a return started and get a label. I sent the phone the next day and sent them the confirmation. The phone was delivered 4 days later. They told me I would have to wait for the inspection that following Monday. End of day Monday I contacted them and AMAZON. Amazon sent them a message. Still no reply. The next day they send me a message with an empty box saying they didn't get anything. If you looked closely at the UPS shipping label and other box looked like they had been smashed and thrown into the trash. They will not give my money back and once I looked deeper into the company. I see that this is a common occurrence. Hopefully the investigation I asked AMAZON to do will remove them from their platform. I will reach out the every location I see them advertised. "

"I ordered a "factory refurbished" HTC 10 but was sent the charger for a previous generation of the phone. I can grudgingly accept that the included charger was non-OEM, but the fact it didn't meet the specifications of the charger it should have come with is just outright fraud. The offer to let me return the phone at my expense is ridiculous considering that would cost almost as much as just buying the right charger myself. I'd then have to spend hours setting up another new phone on top of it.
These folks are either outright scammers or just ignorant about the technology they are selling. Using the wrong charger can harm your battery.
Avoid at all costs. "

" I Purchased a refurbish 6S iPhone from Bid Allies via eBay. The phone looked to be in great condition no scratches… And then I realized it only holds a charge for about 45 minutes. That’s it! Pretty much means it’s useless to me. I’ve emailed them four times and despite the fact that their site says they return all emails within one business day this is not the truth! I still haven’t heard from them. Luckily I was able to call eBay and they are getting my money back for me. This cannot be called business if they do not get back to their customers. It’s called a scam. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a phone transfer my data and have to send it back so if you don’t want to do that don’t buy from these people . If they had gotten back to me and at least offered to replace it I may have considered it… But now I have no trust in their store. I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased. "
