"Prior to buying my refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, since I had never purchased anything through BidAllies on Ebay, I did some quick due diligence on the company by reviewing their feedback on eBay and elsewhere on the internet. I have to admit, even though they had 98.5%+ positive feedback on eBay, I was still a little concerned based on these reviews as well as a few other sites I had visited where I saw some negative feedback.
I went ahead with my purchase, and I'm glad I did. I was hoping the reviews here could be more attributed to customers being quick to write a review based on a bad experience, and maybe not so quick to write a positive review if their purchase met their expectation.
This is for future buyers - I had absolutely no problems with my purchase. The phone was graded as B, B+ on Ebay, which meant it could have some scratches/scrapes...but mine was like new. Not a scratch or scrape that I could see. The free standard shipping was fast too - I live in PA and BidAllies is located in NJ, so it wasn't incredibly far, but my purchase from Monday was at my house that Thursday.
Granted, we are only a day into receiving my refurbished phone, so there's a chance that it could become faulty, but that's the chance you take with any refurb I suppose.
Bottom line - every aspect of this purchase exceeded my expectation. Make your own decision, but I just wanted to share a success story for those considering a purchase from BidAllies in the near future."
"If I could give them 5 negative stars I would. Someone went into my eBay account changed my delivery address and phone number, then ordered a item through this company. I made a police report as soon as I realize what had happened. Within a day the officer called me and said that the criminals at the delivery address have been charged with fraud and arrested. But yet this _ucking company has refused to give me a refund. REALLY, you people need to check your facts when billing addresses and shipping addresses are different. Do the right thing!!!!!!"
"It's a scam. They sold me a faulty iPhone and when I requested a return and they accepted it, they sent me a link to "print my shipping label" but it wouldn't open. It said "your request couldn't be prosessed because of a technical issue"....but that's not the best part. The best part is: when I emailed bidallies and told them that the link wouldn't work, they asked Ebay to step in and sort out the problem. Ebay sent me an email and said because I didn't send the product back on time (WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE DAMN SHIPPING LABEL) they said the case was closed and that I wouldn't get a refund. Long story short, I got scammed and will never shop from eBay again, let alone shop from bidallies. Whoever this guy is, he's a load of **** that's ripping people off. Y'all use your own judgement, but don't fall for it. There is no "customer service" with this guy. Oh, and by the way, when I got the email from ebay saying the case was closed, after a few minutes of rage, I went to click on the link once more to "print my shipping label" just to see if it would work and guess what? The link pulled up just fine.
After. The. Case. Was. Closed.

"My teenage daughter ordered an upgrade iPhone from Bidallies just after Christmas 2014. Received the phone and less than 45 days later, the circuit board stopped working!!
When attempting to contact Bidallies, they sent out a generic email basically saying "sorry" you didn't purchase a "warranty plan" and it is past the 30 day period for returns!!
They claim "Customer Service is our top priority"!!! I say, lets see it?"
