"I needed a Bidet seat for use in my home. I suffer from both Lymph-edema and Osteo- Arthritis of the knees. I am a breast cancer survivor and with these two physical conditions using my bathroom had become a very challenging experience which I regretted every time I had to use the lavatory. Ever since my bidet seat has arrived I have to admit that I can now go to the bathroom and not experience the tremendous pain I experienced in the past when after using the commode I would have to attend to my personal needs. First, the salesperson was very helpful and was able to confirm that the bidet I chose would fit correctly on the toilet. This was purchased as a surprise and I wanted it installed before my partner returned from a work trip. I hired a electrician and had the bidet delivered while she was away. As the electrician worked, I decided I would attempt to install it myself. With little to no plumbing experience, I was apprehensive. I followed the directions and when I had a question, I called customer support and quickly had a response and encouragement to move forward. My parents were looking for a bidet after a trip from Japan, and I thought I might as well immediately buy it as opposed to waiting for a deal since I expected no sales on bidets to happen. "You won't go wrong with bidetsPlus. I'm a big techie and love to do research and comparison shopping between online and big box stores. I called Jensen who works for bidetsPlus and he explained about the different models over the phone while I was reviewing their website. He was friendly, unpretentious, and did not make me feel rushed at all, considering all the questions that I had. I went with my gut feeling and made my purchase over the phone/internet with bidetsPlus. I was amazed that he was willing to hand deliver my Coway bidet to my home the following day, since his company is near where I lived. What great service! I am so glad that I made my purchase from them.
Fast forward to this year, my Coway bidet stopped working. At first I thought it was the remote control, so I called Jensen from bidetsPlus. He immediately mailed me a new remote to see if it resolved the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't. I called him again he said that the bidet would have to be sent back to the manufacturer to get it fixed. Jensen did all of the leg work. He called the manufacturer and created a proof of receipt and then emailed me to have it sent in. Although, this Coway bidet was out of warranty he was still able to have the manufacturer look at it. BidetsPlus even covered the $50 that Coway charges to fix the problem. I boxed the bidet with the the printed proof of receipt taped onto the bidet and dropped it off at Coways headquarters in Hancock Park, Los Angeles as directed from Jensen through our email correspondence. To make a long story short, the sensor on my Coway bidet was broken. It took less then a week to get it fixed. I picked it up from the manufacturer once the sensor was replaced. Now my bidet is get to go! I feel taken care of by bidetsPlus. I worked with Jensen when I made my purchase and worked with him again a year later with my complaints. With bidetsPlus you get the personal service from a small mom and pop store and the warranty and satisfaction guarantee like a big box store. I would definitely suggest my friends and family to purchase from bidetsPlus."
