"Goons are hired, very threatening. You’ll be treated like slave. Vehicles are in worst condition. Non availability. Never dream of getting a refund. "
"Worst experience.it’s fake they take money in prior and cheat on people .Fake site"
"Giving 1star and that is the lowest possible.
I booked a ride and paid for 2 days. As per the given description while booking it was asked to provide driving licence and a valid government id.
When I went to collect the bike, they told the booked bike is not available as it had to be serviced. Also I am an outstation resident and have no local id. All my id is based on my native address.
Due to which they didn't give me a cashback or another bike saying the transaction is invalid as there's no local id proof. Which was not actually mentioned in description but in the long page of privacy terms and conditions.
Total waste of my time and money and poor customer service was offered. Dont get fooled by their offers and bike."
"Go elsewhere! They will take your credit card and order, never get back to you and may cancel the order or place it a month later. I ordered two bikes off their web page on Dec 10. One bike was listed as $110 dollars and i knew that was a typo. I emailed them the same day to let them know the mistake so it could be corrected. I never heard back. Both orders were confirmed in an email with order numbers attached. I tried calling several weeks later and left a voicemail and another Email message inquiring after the orders. I began to wonder if they were going to place the orders but they had my credit card number and it was set up for the charge. Finally, one week before Christmas I sent another email telling them I didn’t care if the order couldn’t be filled, I just needed to know so I didn’t gift my parents bikes if they weren’t coming. No response, I gifted the bikes hoping they were just overwhelmed with all the covid stuff. I finally contacted the actual manufacturer of Day 6 bikes (these are what I ordered through Bikemania) Day 6 bikes responded in 24 hours letting me know the order had never even been placed with them and gave me legit info on the availability. Almost one month after my purchase, on Jan 6th, bikemania sent an email that said my orders were canceled because the price was wrong, the bikes weren’t available until summer, and I didn’t give them a bike shop to send to. (Their website only had a bubble you clicked on if you wanted to use a local bike shop, no place to type in a shop) No apology, no acknowledgement of their failure to respond, nothing, just it’s canceled and none of it is our fault. Go elsewhere. I wish I had done some research and read other customers reviews before I purchased the bikes here."
"If you like to get passive aggressive customer service, short answers, no real direct information, and love having your order canceled because they never had your item in stock to begin with, this is the company for you. This place ****. I will never do business here again. I recommend you take your business literally anywhere else, like a dumpster, as you’d get better service there. "
"I put an order on April 18th ( Saturday afternoon) and called, sent email and messages on Monday morning cancelling the order to to the fact that it would take long to deliver and also I have found another better option in the market already assembled.
Since Monday 20th I sent several emails, messages and tried to called many times. Only one time on Tuesday Morning somebody answered the phone telling that would check the status and contact back. I
I have asked to cancel the order since the beginning and specially now due to the fact that the status until 04/23 AT 5:51PM is pending as sent to the warehouse.
I just got an email telling that the bike was just dispatched disrespecting my request to cancel it.
This is really disrespectful and they do not accept return once the order is invoiced. Misleading and disonest company.

"Fast Shipping and unbeatable prices!"
"I ordered my item from BikeMania.Biz and it arrive faster than expected. The price was the best found and the color was available for my Strida Bike. From the rating before, I thought it would take over 2 weeks to get my bike and that I might not get what I ordered, but I took the chance. The bike arrived at my home in 5 days (ordered on Saturday received on Thursday), in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered, via UPS.
This rating would of been a 5 star but I had to contact customer service on their website due to the "in process" labeling on my order. This concerned me to ask, "how long for a "in process" to be updated. Customer Care Donna, checked on my order and gave me a UPS number that was invalid. She said a email with the research on my order will be sent. Twenty-four hours later, I wrote back on that same website. I found through my research about 3 hours later that my UPS number had changed on the website and found that my order was on its way to my home. I received my order 2 hours later. An email was receive from Donna 22 hours after the receipt of the bike saying "The corrected tracking number was put in your order." I am thankful that I have what I ordered in great condition.
Rating Breakdown:
product- 5 stars
delivery- 5 stars
communication- 3 stars"
"I feel like we often feel compelled to write reviews when things go wrong, so I'm writing about my positive experience with Bikemania. I found a Limar helmet that I like on another site for $99 with free shipping. Bikemania had it for $27 less without free shipping. With shipping I spent about $80, so I saved $20. The item arrived in 4 days (two of those days were weekend days). The helmet was exactly what I ordered, however one small pad was missing from the helmet. Not the seller's fault- the item was factory sealed. I emailed customer support, got a reply in 1 day and the very next day I received a new set of pads in the mail (the missing pad plus all the others). So overall I am very happy with my experience with Bikemania. Reasonable price, reasonably fast shipping and responsive customer service."
"As you may know, some models of bikes vary in price depending on color. i.e. white model can cost $200 more than black model. What Bikemania does, is it lists white bike at a cost of black bike, customers see it and think that it's a good deal, because white model is $200 costlier on other stores.
You place an order, and after couple of days, Bikemania e-mails you, saying that white model is out of stock, but would you like black model at the same price? Customers may not actually care about color, they may not directly recognize that black model is at the same price at many other stores, and agree to purchase black model. By this lie, Bikemania tries to attract customers. When you look at their website, white bike says that "it is in stock". Huge lie. Don't ever get in touch with them.
White bike I was talking about: Schwinn Phocus 1600. "
"First of all if it says an item is "in stock" on bikemania.biz don't rely on it. I ordered a Sun XCD crankset and almost a week later I got an email from them saying that the item was not actually in stock and did I want to order something else. I asked for a refund and got it, though I had to call them to prompt them to act.
Then I ordered another crankset, this time by "IRD", one of the facade-name generic companies that they import. I emailed them before to check that it was on stock, and they said it was. Good, I thought, they are based in NJ, I am in NYC, so it will be here in no time at all. Wrong. It took them all of 5 working days to dispatch it, and when it was dispatched it was from California, because I guess that's where all their generic/rebranded parts are warehoused. Combine that with the fact that they use FedEx, which in my experience is the worst carrier in the USA and always experiences delays/lying drivers, etc, and this means that some 2 weeks elapsed between me placing the order and receiving it. Suffice to say that on that same day I ordered some other bike parts from a German retailer, bike24.com, and they got here to NYC one day earlier than NJ-based bikemania.biz. Two stars because the prices are good, but avoid them if you can."
"I bought a pair of Ironman gloves that was on sale. It came today USPS priority mail in 2 days, Just in time for my weekend ride."
"I had a great experience with Bikemania.biz. I purchased an EWheels Electric Trike for WAYY cheaper than any other website. The item shipped within two weeks and I am extremely happy with it. I would recommend purchasing all of your bike stuff from them as they are a lot cheaper than other sites. "
"I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. As they drop-ship their products, they were not able to tell me where my purchase was several days after buying. They say they were implementing a new system, and were not able to find my purchase. 10 days went by with a couple responses from them, after several communications from me (Phone and email), and finally they tell me I will have my purchase in 7 days. In conclusion, the ground shipping I elected turned into 17 days, with 10 of them not having shipped the product when they said it was in-stock, I still have not received the product yet 10 days from ordering. They were nice enough to give me back 5% on my order. "
"Do NOT buy from them. Terrible response time, weak customer service, bad return policy - with so many other places one can go, don't waste your money thinking you'll save a few bucks from them.
Bought a pair of sunglasses and when they arrived, they were not the same as what was pictured on their website. The pair that I received was a newer version which would normally be okay, but I specifically wanted the pair that was pictured because of the nose piece design. Upon opening the glasses, I saw that they were not what I had ordered and emailed BikeMania Customer Service. I received an email back that they would contact their distributor for the quickest resolution possible. After two days, I contacted them again asking for an update. Five more days passed and I sent another email. Two more days passed and I was sent a message from BM that they were dealing with an "overwhelming response to their website" and that they would respond to me that day. Five more days passed to which I sent yet another inquiry. That same day I received another apology and that I would be assisted that Monday (this was on a Saturday). Four more days passed without any response... I sent another email asking for a resolution. I received another apology stating the issue would be resolved the next day. That next day I receive an email with yet another apology and a message stating to review an attached message from the distributor and to advise what I would like to do. That message stated what I noted above - that the glasses were a newer version and that the older one was unavailable so they could not exchange it. That message from the distributor was sent to them the day after my first email!!!
I wrote back asking for a complete and full refund given the photo of the glasses on their website was the version I thought I was purchasing. Though their return policy is not that great (shipping and restocking fees), I still felt that I should get a full refund.
It also didn't help that it took over 2 weeks to get this resolved and took my emailing them several times to get any kind of response. They were full of apologies and promises to respond soon, but these were all empty words. I was more than patient - I work in customer service and try to be understanding when people make mistakes, but they failed over and over again and never owned up to it. Not once, did they admit an error (they made apologies for the delays in responding but really just made an excuse that they were busy), made no effort to resolve the issue other than to say they'd check with the distributor, and have still not responded to my last message (sent 4 days ago) asking for a full refund. Save yourself the headache and don't shop here."
