Terrible communication

"Was told order would take 2-3 weeks. Now going on six weeks. Customer service is terrible with returning messages. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Several promises with this retailer were never kept. Needless to say order with this company at your own risk."

Really?

"Guy was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. When order arrived, the following were deficient;
1 The 12 ball in my new $150 set of Aramith premium balls looked like someone had rotated the stripe on sand paper. No other balls were scratched.
2 The $37 Aramith measles cue ball gets noticeably damaged on every break. As tho the break cue tip chips the surface. I have never seen this on a measles cue ball.
3 THE ONE THAT REALLY **** ME OFF
My new $220 Pro Form worsted table cloth only came with 2 pre cut rails. I had to cut the other 4 rails out of the table cover. The reason this makes me so mad is. When I move the table, I cannot restretch the cloth. It is cut too close to the table size to grab now. I even spent the extra $15 for "Oversized 8 foot" cloth. Had i not done that, I would have been 4 rails short on Thanksgiving weekend with my table unusable.
So when I move the table, or when the initial stretch relaxes, this $220 will be scrap.

Worst online purchase experience ever

"Worst online purchase experience in 20 years of online purchase history. Order came in wrong and missing some items. Shipping was slow and ended up in the wrong address. Missing cue case, missing joint protectors and wrong cue wrap color are some of the errors.

As a result of having no cue case due to Greg's error, my cue sustained inevitable damage and dirt because of lack of protection. Despite the fact that I ordered a cue case to accompany my cue. Now my cue that is worth thousands of dollars is spoilt and damage because the case I ordered to protect it, was NOT shipped by Greg.

Greg was defensive in his emails and did not offer compensation for the damage to the cue. His shipping and responses were slow and customer service was not good. I really regret buying from billiardswarehouse and greg; and its one of my worse experiences buying online ever. I wish I had bought from another site.

"I purchase an McDermott Sneaky Pete cue along with another shaft for the cue stick. No other online store had this cue stick in stock. The 1st shipment arrived without the cue stick. I wasn't aware that my order would ship separately, but Greg explained what happened. Excellent customer service."
