"Customers from outside UK be aware !!! - I have ordered from Norway on Blackleaf trough the Norwegian domain witch shows prices in local valuta included the norwegian VAT on checkout. - Blackleaf charge this VAT but they don't are registered in the VOEC - index, witch allowes to charge foreign VAT as prepaid service. This is problematic when your parcel goes into your country and getting handled by the customs. Since Blackleaf didn't have a VOEC registration - your local custom service will charge you again your local VAT for the whole amount, included the already prepaid VAT at checkout. Blackleaf so actually earned additional money from you and don't reporting this further to the TAX Authoritys... - The result for you as a foreign customer is a much higher total amount at the end... - Be aware of this treacherous business conduct from this supplyer! - This behavior is already described from other customers on Trustpilot. Once Blackleaf is faced with this problem - you will not getting any statement or admission to clean this up... - You getting a rude answer and that's it. - All Blackleaf want - is to earn most possible money from you as a foreign customer.
All in all a bad experience - For me only one time - and Good Luck with Brexit...

absolutely disgusting

"I never received the order I made and when I asked Blackleaf to investigate they said the parcel had tracking on it. There was no signature confirmation from the courier, only their "word" that the parcel had been delivered. The couriers had lost (or stolen) the order during transit and very conveniently refused to take responsibility. The attitude of the customer service team was unprofessional to say the least. They said they couldn't refund because too much time had passed from when the order had been made but looking on their website I was well within the allotted time frame of the expected delivery time. They only communicated with the courier via email but in such situations a verbal explanation is necessary. "

Return items

"I bought a fjall raven shirt. It was to long so i returned it. I send it back for 3 times and every time my package got send back to me. Track and trace said "wrong adress" but i am sure its the one i got from them.

Send like 20 emails. Late answers, no solitions only questions if i can provide them with track and trace. My package is comming back to me again! I think i lost my 130 euros.

Horrible store. Terrible customer service!

Exceptionally fast delivery

"I live in Singapore and I expected at least 2 weeks of delivery. However, my parcel actually came in within 7 days! I was scared to order at first after reading all the horrifying reviews but I am so relieved that everything surpassed my expectations :) Products are all good too!"

"Hello,
I returned my package (3906168) because the color did not match the one indicated on the site.
I was given an address or sent it.
At the moment no answer from them to my last email, I have indicated the proof of sending as an attachment etc. and no refund of 67.99€. When you're a student, I must admit that it stings enough.
Their number on the hotline does not work from France even with the UK code and their chat does not see anything on the site....

This is unacceptable because, in addition to being thieves, there is a total lack of consideration and professionalism.

I never gonna buy there again

"I never gonna order from there again nor reccomend to anyone.
I ordered shoes from them and couldnt track the item after two weeks. So I contact them and after three days they said it arrived to my country. Same day I get a message from the post office that I need to pay taxes (which is totaly ok) and a fine for an EMS delivery (for the amount of 30$ approx) when I contact them to ask about it the reply with lots of outomatic responses. I suggested I'll decline the delivery so they will get it back as a returnsd item but they said they will charge me for the fine. when I wrote that no where in their website I can see that the delivery is an EMS so it make sense they would refund me the ammount of the fine, I'v got no answer. I never experienced so badly costumer service. And I will never buy from them again!

Do not buy from them!!!

"I ordered Birkenstock shoes from this company. I knew it was risky because the company is located in the UK and I'm in Seattle. The shoes arrived damaged, so I contacted them. They asked me to request the return slip and print the shipping label online. But, their system doesn't recognize us postal code and won't let me move on to the next step. I emailed them like 3 times, finally someone got back to me with their US address and asked me to send the shoes there and they will refund the shipping cost. I sent it and tracking shows they received it. It has been almost 5 days but no email from them. I emailed them twice, but no replies. I don't know if I'll ever get my $200 back. I wonder if this is one of the dishonest Chinese own companies that sells fake stuff. I should have checked reviews before buying..... i was so stupid. "

RIP OFF

"They were extremely late arriving, they do not fit, and i was charged an additional $35CAD (on top of the $110 I already paid for the boots AND shipping) because of the duty fee charge.
NO WHERE on the website does ot state you will be charged suty fee. I understand it happens, but at least tell us. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF. for what i paid, i cpuld have got them at the mall the same day. RIP OFF

I never received my order and never got my money back

"I ordered through Balckleaf and received a Surfdome order instead (they belong to the same mother company) who was intended for someone else in the UK ( I live in Australia!) A lady in a different city in Australia received mine and so on...I contacted Blackleaf various times and still don't have my money back for an order that I never received!!!!! What kind of business is this?"

BLACKLEAF - SELLING FAKE

"Guys, if you care about the quality of your goods - DO NOT order from blackleaf. I've ordered sandqvist backpack from them, and i previously owned one, but lost it and wanted the exact same model and colour and so i know EXACTLY how it should look (it was ordered from endclothing btw) and what i have recieved today from blackleaf (via UPS delivery) does not stand near the quality of the backpack i've had before!! - the material looks much more cheap, like some cheap nylon idk, the seams on the fabric are much more visible, it has different colour on the inside, different straps. And this is really noticeble and spoils the item look overall, this IS NOT the original quality of sandqvist thus blackleaf is selling FAKE. Thank you for attention."

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

"I ordered a backpack from this company on 29 Dec 2017, received an email on 5 Jan 2018 indicating they have cancelled my order to protect their customers from fraud. The charge went through on my credit card just fine and my credit card company indicated there were no issues with the charge from blackleaf.com.

It took a week for blackleaf.com to notify me of any security-related issues in "protecting their customers" and that my order was cancelled - they also had the nerve to ask me to place my order again. They could have notified me within 24-48 hours of any issue related to my order, but chose to wait until I sent them numerous emails asking why my order was not "dispatched immediately", as indicated on their website.

I will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly encourage anyone interested in buying products listed on their website to look elsewhere - blackleaf.com is not selling any products that you can't buy somewhere else, and by buying from another site, you're guaranteed to get better service than from these cucks!

Unsure of this company

"My sister lives in Maine, ordered my son's shoes, they took her money but won't ship with out her sending a bunch of personal stuff to them. This is not how a company should work. To me seems like they take your money n identity is next. Watch very close after making order if you even do"

Don't buy from this site not worth the headache

"I usually NEVER write reviews so you know I must be pretty frustrated and upset to write one. I asked my sister to order hunter boots from this site for my birthday present. She paid for it with her card and sent the shoes to my name and address. We share the same last name. Still blackleaf found this to be suspicious. As if they never thought that someone could make a purchase and have it shipped to a different address as a gift???? They emailed me and asked me for a scanned photo of my passport or driver's license like wow so shady? I asked them why and the explained what I mentioned above suspect of fraud. I told them I wasn't comfortable with it and explained to them that this order was a gift. They still insisted that they couldn't go through with the order unless I send my ID and threatned to cancel the order. I really want these boots and don't want the hassle of contacting my sister again and having her re-order it elsewhere so I reluctantly sent a photo of my driver's license. Then they just emailed me again and asked for my sister's ID. This process has lagging on for a week. I understand the concern for fraud but this is just so excessive, frustrating, and inconvenient. Just want my damn boots! Never ordering from this site again."
