"CAVEAT EMPTOR!

After reading reviews on this, and other, sites I felt good about ordering from blingdaily.com. Everything went fine until the watch I received from them quit working and I started the long and painful RMA process. Note: I followed their RMA process EXACTLY as they stipulate on their site.

First, their communication was HORRIBLE. On average, it took them 3-5 business days to reply to my emails. After finally obtaining an RMA number I returned the watch via FedEx (signature required). I shipped the watch on 12/17/09 and it was received and signed for by an "N. Grossman" on 12/21/09. I sent several emails inquiring as to the status of my refund and I was unfortunately given the run-around every time. As of 01/12/10 I still was not issued a refund and I had to file a dispute with my bank regarding the charges (which were only $162).

If you are going to return something to them I would HIGHLY advise sending it in such a way that signature is required. It cost me $30 to return but at least I had proof that they received it.

I will NEVER do business with blingdaily.com again and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

"This is the second time I've ordered from BlingDaily.com and I would recommend them to anyone. I got an ESQ by Movado and most recently, the Caravelle by Bulova. At first I was hesitant to order with Blingdaily.com because their prices seemed "too good to be true"; however, I am extremely pleased with both of the watches--especially the great deal I got on both of them.

Also, shipping was faster than I expected. The same day I ordered, I received an email with the tracking number from Blingdaily. I ordered on 12/23 and the watch was delivered on 12/28.

"Ordered on the 6th of July and received on the 8th of July. That was with the standard shipping. The watch I received was new and not refurbished. The price was amazingly low. In trying to reassemble, I found the pin would not fit due to the thickness of the band. Of course they offer no returns so it now sits in my desk. Oh well, live and learn. "I decided to give this site a shot, after seeing it listed among a compilation of deal-of-the-day sites. I had purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses that was over 80% off MSRP! Gave it a shot, they sent me a confirmaton email right away. After the deal was over, they sent a shipment confirmation w/ tracking number; I received the item 6 days from purchase and in New condition, as advertised!"

"Not sure why there are not other reviews here for Blingdaily.com. I had been shopping the deal-a-day sites for a watch, and Bling tends to offer watch deals once a week or so, most often on the weekends.

Checked here and with no reviews to go on decided to take my chances.

I purchased a Citizen Eco-Drive Watch - Model BT0000-58 for $124.99 +$4.99 shipping.
With Citizen's EcoDrive power, a perpetual calendar and 330 feet water resistance, the next closest price I could find was over $350.

The company sent email confirmation of the order immediately, followed by email confirmation of shipping 5 days later (weekend included in that count). The watch arrived to me USPS Priority 2 days later, well packed, and in excellent condition in original factory retail packaging and documentation. Includes Citizen's 5 year warranty, no grey markey here!

The watch works great, and I have no reason to hesitate to shop with them again or to recommend them.

BTW-they do accept Paypal if you are wary of using your credit card on line with a less-than-familiar retailer.
