"Good quality product, but I have had two issues with customer service in two years. Last year they shipped the wrong product on a "subscription" (automatic shipment every 6 months). This year I changed the subscription. They shipped correctly AND also another of the incorrect product from last time. It was like, "we made a mistake once, let's see if we can make that mistake automatic every 6 months". I sent an email to customer service and have had no reply in 2 weeks. This led me to cancel all subscription-based purchases with them and learn that I can purchase replacement filters elsewhere - which I will do. I'm done with Blue Air but not their products."
