"I've created a dozen+ annual books for family memories, always with great results. This year I used, for the first time, Adobe Indesign to create the book (instead of Booksmart). Blurb's Indesign plug-in is excellent and makes it very easy to structure and publish the book. For reasons I still don't understand, I had two pages (based off PDF content) that ended up publishing blank. The preview actually showed this, but I didn't catch it because the blanks were at the end (and that was never an issue through Booksmart). It was my first time contacting Blurb Customer Service and they were fabulous. I was before and yet remain a loyal Blurb customer!"

"I have made quite a few books with Blurb. On the last one, we had a small problem. Blurb was EXTREMELY easy to work with. We tried fixing it by doing some home remedies and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a replacement.
I love being able to edit the page to make a text or photo box to fit my picture. It would be nice if I could just type the length, width, & placement at the top of the edit page instead of having to move the box with the arrows.

"I created a book dedicated to my grandson. I did find using BookSmart to be a bit challenging at the beginning, but gradually realized it has tremendous potential. The customer service at blurb was stupendous. They were extremely cooperative and responded faster than most. I will definitely use this service in the future. I did have some concern about messages that I kept receiving while creating a book that my photos were not good enough. Some of this may have been due to the fact that I used many photos as background photos against text. They actually came out extremely well. I recognize that blurb was making sure that it did not mislead the user, but this did create a serious concern on my part until I actually received the book which was absolutely beautiful.
