Although this was not my first experience with on-line book-publishing, it was my first experience with Blurb; Blurb and it's technical-support team deserve full credit for being the most responsive, thorough, persistent, and helpful with which I have ever dealt-particularly an individual named Ben!
I used Lightroom to compile my book, and, except for some of the text layout limitations specific to the cover-page, I was mostly satisfied with this program.
For my next project, I will probably take a little more time to familiarise myself with InDesign because I have read that allows for greater layout customisation.

A greater array of linen colours for the hard-cover books would be appreciated, as would the possibility of protective sleeves and clam-shell boxes with the associated text-embossing options; I expect Blurb will, in time, incorporate these raffinations, nevertheless, the blurb product and support are both superlative!
