I have a few positives and a couple need improvement opportunists that should be reviewed.

POSITIVE:
Easy to navigate parts site
Good breakdown of parts schematics
Very detailed with VIN# confirmation to assist in purchasing with confidence the correct part for job
Received item within a five day period
Two items were as described

Improvement opportunity:
Delayed time from placement of order to ship date.
Validation of VIN to car fitment never took place or part numbers to diagram for year and model are not correct.
Two items are incorrect. Received 1 bolt, (33 32 6 779 785) and 2 nuts, (33 30 6 760 349).
Paypal service fee is minute but still a disappointment.

Instead of reaching out to ask or demand a refund or exchange I chose to go to my local dealer parts service desk. I only provided them my make, model and year. Described to them I needed a lower rear eccentric bolts and nuts. They quickly pulled up the parts on there PC and placed them in my hand in moments time. Correct part for my car is 33-32-1-095-102 (bolt) & 33-32-6-760-668(nut). Due to your restocking fees and terms of 15 day return policy I chose to just eat the cost. It is unfortunate but I've learned from this experience. Good luck to you in the future sales.
