Only negative was the way parts were packaged and still not sure if we have everything. Several fittings and fasteners were ordered along with two wheel cowlings (larger, floppy lightweight items). All were packaged in one large cardboard box and the bags the fasteners were in came open during shipping. The box was crushed with holes in the sides and the fittings were loose in the bottom. We will definately shop again. "

"I had a great purchase experience with BMW of South Atlanta! I needed a small interior replacement part for an 11 year old car that still runs great and which I want to keep in good condition. I don't know much about the terminology of car parts and I tried dozens of other BMW parts websites, but could never find the item I needed. Then I found BMW of South Atlanta's website, which had detailed interior diagrams where you could easily identify any part. When you click on it the name and part number appears in boxes along with color options, etc. Even the colors were easy to match. Considering the trouble it would have been to go to a dealer or junk yard to purchase the part, even the price+shipping was reasonable. I will definately go to BMW of South Atlanta first in the future for my BMW parts needs."
