"I own a 2004 545i and although I have a few local dealers, I prefer ordering from BMW of South Atlanta. They're parts diagrams are abundant so even if I'm not sure of a part's name, I can still find what I need. I've ordered from them several times and have never had a problem.
In fact the last time I ordered, I called due to a mistake that I made, and after I thought it was settled, Mike from the parts dept. called me to advise me of a double order I mistakenly placed. Excellent service. "

They had all the part diagrams right online. It was easy to look up the part numbers for my eurospec E36, and have the correct parts laid out in front of me. They processed my order and shipped out the parts super fast. I will definitely be back to order more parts from them. I wish more dealers did business like them. "It may be hard to believe that I would order a part from BMW of South Atlanta instead of through my local Western Canada dealer. Even from across the continent it's worth it. Their online website is very search friendly, allowing you to setup your car and browse by category, or search by part number. Once you order, their personal response is very quick. In one case they didn't have an item in stock so shipped my partial order fast, then followed up with the other item with no extra charges. I'll be ordering many more parts (assuming I need them... after all, it's a bimmer!)
