"So, on top of the bad/slow customer service, In the end, I ended up paying over $75 for just snails. I ordered what ended up being a total of 15 shrimp from this seller. Even though the shipping only took 2 days, was received and removed immediately, packed with 2 heat packs, half of them arrived dead, and the rest were so unhealthy and stressed that they didn't make it past a 24 hour drip acclimation period. Upon receiving the package, the first thing that I noticed was it was not marked, at all. No "live fish" "fragile" "contains perishables" nothing. The smell was also noticeable before even opening the box. Once it was opened, placed on top, were 2 72 hour heat packs that I paid for. Neither of them were the least bit warm, indicating that they had been in the box for well over the 2 days they were in transit. The terrible, rancid, foul smell coming from the box made me feel like they had been in the box for atleast a week, before even shipping. And yes, it took that long to even ship out. The dead shrimp were in the bag long enough for there only to be small bits and pieces left of a few. One snail that I ordered was sent the wrong color. When bringing up issues to seller, they offered a refund to the snail, and sent me a link to their shipping policy, rather than attempting to resolve the issue. Priority shipping isn't guarenteed, but still states partial refund if received within a certain amount of time. They didn't offer that to me, just kept avoiding me. They didn't even answer regarding the shrimp. This seller will avoid dealing with your issues. I don't write bad reviews, because I understand that things can happen in shipping, but the terrible customer service I've experienced has compelled me to help others avoid making the same mistake that I did.
