"I've been with Bud's since 2012 I believe. I bought a couple of SIG handguns and then a Mossberg 930. Eventually, I started buying a lot more from Buds, and between AUG 2023 and May 2024, I spent thousands of dollars on multiple firearms, ammo and accessories. The thing is, when I started ordering more, I stated having issues that your customer service wasn't able to take care of. I became a Team Bud's member, but apparently my membership expired yesterday (12/1) and I wasn't able to contact Bud's by phone, because I was no longer a Team Bud's member and I was directed to use email. Hopefully, at this time, I will be able to call Bud's with an issue, now that I have renewed my membership. Just so you know. I am a USAF Vietnam/Cold War veteran and I have been dealing with some service connected disabilities that sometimes prevents me from following up with issues that I have with some of the online businesses that I use."
