"I made a mistake on an order, never took possession and ffl refused per buds advice. But apparently after trying many times I will be assessed a 10 restocking fee. I know it’s policy but thought they would work with me and I would have paid all shipping cost. I was even going to purchase another rifle but decided not to through buds. I feel like this is something they could have accommodated but it’s their right to refuse. And my right to all disagree and think this day and age companies should make accommodations where it makes sense especially when I never even took possession. It’s still en route to hopefully this can help? "
