My major concern was how our timeshare is advertised for sale and where, and I learned that you do not advertise, just direct people who are searching the web for a timeshare, hoping to connect to ours. That was disappointing and educational.
I forgot to ask what if no one makes an offer at all?..... Then how do we unload this unit, since we have medical and aging issues and cannot keep it or pay the fees?.....
