"If I could change my review to zero stars I would! I posted my original review as follows - The slippers are incredibly cute but I ordered the toddler size which was for ages 3 and up. They fit on my adult size 7.5 feet. This was extremely disappointing! - I was then contacted by costumer service within minutes to ask why I would post a bad review without first contacting them. I posted this review to let future customers know that the sizing for a toddler is not even close to accurate. I can put this slipper on my adult foot. Customer service requested that I confirm the size on the slipper which I did and then I had to reconfirm it with a picture because my word and then double checking the size was not good enough. Customer service told me this was to insure the slipper had not been mislabeled. Not sure how a picture of the wrong label was going to help confirm this?? I was told repeatedly that their customer service is great because they respond quickly - apparently their company believes a timely response is adequate for great customer service and the actual service does not matter. In the end a toddler sized slipper should never fit on an adult foot but I have been told by customer service that it will. I did receive a refund and was originally asked to change my review (I can post the e-mail for proof) then was told by someone higher up that it's fine I do not need to change my review - this was after I had told them I would change my review to reflect the service I was given. Their customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I posted an honest review so people could make an educated decision about purchasing a toddler sized slipper for $30 that will fit an adult! They may have contacted me right away but in no way did they fix the issue that the slipper is simply HUGE! I received a refund but DO NOT waste your money or time on a shady company that's goal is to get rid of any undesirable reviews without addressing the actual problem!"
