I sent an e-mail to BuyHappyFeet with the order # etc., and their response was what was the order number and could we see a picture of the separated arm/hand & slipper. Who ever read the e-mail could not comprehend that I sent the order number in the e-mail - what are they blind that they could not see the order number in my very first e-mail? I repaired/resewed the damaged arm/hand back onto the slipper body myself! Such poor customer service that they ask for the order number in their response when I sent the order number/complete information in my very first e-mail - never again will I BuyHappyFeet again! We got bitten by "The Shark Tank"!"
