"I would stay away from this company at all costs and don't let the cheap prices **** you in. They are refurbished equipment and do not work. Spectrum says that the modem is defective but this site says I purchased the wrong model and that the device is fine. However it is the same modem I currently have operating on my Spectrum connection with no problems but this same model at my mom's house will not work. Now the company is sending me nasty emails and you have to pay to return the defective device to them and they charge you a 20% restock fee instead of refunding your money while it is under their warranty period. What a BS company to deal with. Most other companies just replace or refund in full if the product is bad. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
“Very sorry to hear that you ordered the wrong model for your provider as unfortunately such returns can be preventable by checking with your provider before purchase. In fact, we don't even list your provider as a compatible model for their service for this very reason because the firmware on the units we sell is different then the ones your providers uses as rental units so we tried to help you but not listing your provider but you purchased it anyways. You will also see online on Amazon and Ebay the same story that it won't work with your provider and so with a little due diligence or by simply asking us regarding the model the we would have been happy to assist you. Instead you order a modem we don't list to work with your provider, then leave us a 1 star review when against our recommendation you buy it anyways and sure enough it doesn't work? We are sorry that you don't agree with the restocking fee that was assessed as again we did ship you the exact model you ordered but unfortunatley you purchased an item that is not compatible for your service. This despite even being presented with a notice stating that before you can complete checkout please confirm that you have read the items description page word for word as you can't complete checkout from us without acknowledging or accepting such terms so that we can prevent these preventable misunderstanding from happening. "I was facing some problems very frequently with my previous modem. Then I found out this website. I tried to give it a try. I must say, I was so pleased to simply set up the Arris TG2472 Docsis modem and I have got immediately quick access to internet. The modem has been working fantastic! Till now I have not faced any issue in it. And the best part is I bought this instead of paying the rent monthly. I expect the service will be good as well like the product. Recommend to use it for all.

"I would stay away from this company. I ordered a modem and when it came in, it was clearly a used product(not even in an original box). Comcast would not activate the modem, saying this modem model was not intended for sale. The cable company basically said it was stolen.This company wants you to tell Comcast that it's a different model. I didn't even hook it up after that. Read their return policy carefully!!!! I had to pay to ship the item back($17.15). It then took almost the 30 days for a refund to the credit card, minus the 20 to 30 percent restocking fee. It was a waste of time and money for me. ALSO...They offer a $5 dollar rebate for a good review...maybe why there are so many good reviews on their website????"
